The Dangerous Effects of Breaking Up

Being sad isn't the only thing you have to worry about after a break up. Studies have shown that after getting out of a relationship, we're likely to make bad decisions.

Studies have shown that you're more prone to gaining weight after ditching a man, probably because you reach for food as comfort.  That said, you are suggested to hit the gym. Exercising releases feel-good hormones.

We tend to change our look post-breakup. Steer clear of salon.

This is when you're most susceptible to agreeing that fifth tequila shot or going home with the loner with a face tattoo. Go out with friends so they can look over you.
