Rejections and breakups are as fun as food poisoning. However, you should never cease to think that it happens even to the best of us. No matter how sad you feel right now, you will move on.

Can we make our own love drug? Yes, and I speak on behalf of studies by scientists focusing on a hormone produced in the brains of mammals, humans included. It’s the hormone called oxytocin, also dubbed as the “love hormone”. It goes by other names like the cuddle chemical and the hormone of love and bonding.

Whatever name it is called, it sparks a little magic. It makes humans, and pretty much all mammals, a little more humane.
