Why Cuddling Is Good For The Heart

Cuddling can literally warm and protect your heart. It’s also a very potent cure for stress. As a study conducted by the American Psychosomatic Society several years ago showed, a brief hug and as many as 10 minutes of holding hands between two romantic couple can dramatically reduce the physical effects of stress.

Q&A: Do Couples Need To Be “In Love"?

Q: Do Couples Need To Be “In Love"?

A: Such in-love experience is a significant part of the relationship. I find that couples who don’t have that simply share a common interest, build a friendship and eventually get married.

For the most part, they will be tempted outside the marriage when they do find an in-love experience with somebody else. Considering they didn’t have it in their original relationship, they are more likely to bail out of that relationship.

The "In love" experience is a must but it doesn’t have to be the first thing on the agenda. It can come after establishing friendship.

Quote of The Day

Why Men Don't Understand Our Fashion

Fashion

Don't expect your guy to understand why you have to buy the same top in all 5 colors. Fashion, for your guy, is simply meant to be worn and shorn. Period. Basically, here are there top 5 reasons:

1. All outfits look the same to them.
Truth is, your guy is not gonna notice the difference between cuts and fabrics, textures, and prints.

2. When it comes to fashion: no pain, all gain.
Why should you go through all the trouble, time, effort, and even pain, just for the sake of fashion?

3. Less means more. Yup, more money!!
Fashion can hurt the wallet just as much as it can hurt physically. We all know that.

4. To them, it's always function over form.
For men, simplicity has its appeal.

What He Doesn't Need To Know

It's practically hardwired in a girl to share everything with her boyfriend, but hold up! You should know that keeping some stuff to yourself is key to make him yearn for you even more.

Stop always revealing these things:

1. What you do on nights you're not together

When you keep him in the dark about what you're going to do, his mind will wander, conjuring up all kinds of scenarios that may be more exciting than what you're actually doing.

2. Some of Your Cool Skills

Continually pulling out secret talents or knowledge keeps him on the edge of his seat.

3. Your Skinny Jeans Don't Fit

As soon as you hint your significant other that you're not feeling your best, it diminishes your appearance of being sexy.

Quote Of The Day

“I no longer believed in the idea of soul mates, or love at first sight. But I was beginning to believe that a very few times in your life, if you were lucky, you might meet someone who was exactly right for you. Not because he was perfect, or because you were, but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together.”

Love But Not In Love

Q: I think my husband loves me but isn't in love with me. He's not very affectionate, he doesn’t talk so much, and he seems irritated with me. How do I deal with him?

A: It’s a classic example of the difference between men and women. You think he's zoned out of the relationship, while he thinks he's doing his best to be a good husband. If he's like most guys, he thinks his hard work and yard work are making you feel loved. You want long talks and tight hug. Thus, appreciate and acknowledge every little way he thinks he is showing his love, he'll be more open to the small gestures you need.

With regards to his apparent irritation with you, that's one way a guy could be different. You may not be the reason for it; you just happen to be the target. Tell him that if he wants to talk, you're there. Maybe when he sees you're appreciating him for him, he'll feel more at ease in general.
